klia1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the klia1 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the klia1 platform on any device or web browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the klia1 platform.
This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. klia1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the klia1 platform. All services provided by klia1 are subject to these Terms, together with any additional policies or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the klia1 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. klia1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You must notify klia1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. klia1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the klia1 platform for any purpose that is unlawful, unethical, or likely to damage the platform's reputation or operations. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to hack the system, distributing malware, using automated software to place bets, and any form of fraud or system manipulation.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the klia1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted directly. Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX (supporting all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others) as well as the Touch 'n Go eWallet digital wallet.
Transaction Processing
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after payment is confirmed. However, klia1 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes, as these depend on third-party factors such as banking systems and payment networks. Any delays beyond klia1's control are not the platform's responsibility.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals can only be processed after account identity verification is complete. klia1 reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure transaction security. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise stated. klia1 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal transaction suspected of fraud pending the outcome of an investigation.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The klia1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied or express warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. klia1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from wagering, service interruptions, or loss of data.
Intellectual Property
All content on the klia1 platform — including logos, designs, text, software code, graphics, and brand names — is the exclusive property of klia1 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from klia1.
Third-Party Links & Services
Klia1 may be integrated with third-party service providers such as payment gateway providers and game providers. klia1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of those third parties separately.
Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Grounds for Account Suspension
Klia1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe a user has violated any of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to: fraud, multiple account use, promotion abuse, money laundering activity, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Account Closure Procedure by User
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the klia1 support team. Prior to closure, any remaining account balance will be settled in accordance with the current withdrawal policy, subject to identity verification and relevant conditions. Once an account is closed, users will no longer be able to access their betting history or account data through the platform.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Klia1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the klia1 platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be referred to voluntary negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism under applicable law.
Users in Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with all local laws applicable to them. klia1 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.
